Summary: beautiful bar stool
Comment: This is a beautiful bar stool, but I had to return it. The seat is actually over 30 inches high and was too high for my counter. There was no information to be found regarding the height of the bar stool at Amazon website, so I took a chance and ordered it. I'm very sorry it didn't work. Nice quality at very reasonable price.

Comment: Purchased three bar stools to surprise my hubby. We have not been able to agree on bar stools for over three years. He was surprised alright - he LOVED these stools. Perfect size for our built in bar - which we designed and built ourselves. One stool had a crack on the top piece. Email Amazon and had another stool within three days. Global Distinctions / Amazon had a great price right before Christmas - with free shipping - couldn't pass it up and hubby is also glad I ordered.

Summary: Good Deal and Good Looking Chair!
Comment: We really like these chairs, and had been looking for just the right ones to go in our new sunroom. I want handles and a swivel base this is beautiful wood grain. A plus with the gold on the rung where you feet goes, to save scuff with the wood and Very well made and heavy, goes well with a 42 inch tall, and 30 inch round pub table. Excellent deal!

Comment: Dont buy these stools!!! Im making a bar and will need more in the future and don't want them all gone... LOL These are great and Im extremly happy! I just hope they keep them around for a while so I can get more.

Summary: chair evaluation
Comment: I am extremely pleased with my purchase of two bar stools, They are extremely attractive and functional. However, our only disappointmernt was that the demensions of the chairs were not given at the time of purchase, and I actually had to have the legs cut to fit unfer the table ledge.
An excellent buy for the purchase price. Delivery was exactly as promised
